You pay for change, not for a session
A one-day workshop is cheaper, and most of it is forgotten by Friday. Our price covers the weeks around the training: preparing it on your real work, practicing for 30 days, and measuring what changed.
50 people x 2 hours a week x $50 an hour = $5,000 a week back. A $37,000 program pays for itself in about 7 weeks, and the 2-hour guarantee protects the floor.

Why does it say "from"?
The final price depends on how many people you train, remote or on site, and whether you add quarterly re-checks. You get an exact, written quote after a short call.
How does the price grow when we add people?
The program covers the first 15 people for $12,500. Each added person costs $700 from person 16 to 50, $600 from 51 to 100 and $525 from 101 on, like tax brackets, so adding one person never makes the price jump. We still train in small groups, usually up to 15 people, grouped by function like sales, finance or operations.
What is the 2-hour guarantee?
If your team is not saving at least 2 hours per person per week by Day 30, we keep working with you for free until they are. The only condition is that at least 80% of the team completes the weekly check-ins, because that is how we measure it.
How does it work for 80 people, remote?
We split people into groups of up to 15, usually by function. Each group gets four 2-hour live sessions, scheduled with you, and everyone uses the same weekly check-ins and the same leader dashboard.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with a pilot of 15 people, often the leaders. If you add more people within 30 days, we price everyone as if you had booked them all at once, so starting small never costs you more.
What counts as a team?
A group of up to 15 people who train together. A company of 60 people is usually four teams, often grouped by function, like sales, finance or operations.
What does on site add?
$2,500 for the first day on site and $750 for each extra day, per trainer. That includes flights, hotel, meals and local transport anywhere in the continental US or Central America, so there is nothing else to pay or book. Remote training costs nothing extra.
How does in person work for 80 people?
Every person gets the same 8 hours. In person, that is one full day per group of up to 20. For 80 people: 4 groups, so 4 days with one trainer, or 2 days with two trainers. If a full day away from work is hard, we split the same hours into 2-hour blocks across the days, at the same price.
Do we need to buy AI licenses?
No. We train on the tools you already have. If you have none yet, we help you choose one before the training starts.
