Format: Day -7 discovery and baseline (one 1-hour kickoff call from the client), Week 1 intensive, 8 hours of hands-on training per person (four 2-hour live sessions remote in groups of up to 15, or one full day in person per group of up to 20) plus a leaders session, Days 1 to 30 weekly 2-minute check-ins on WeSpark's tracking platform with a leader dashboard, Day 30 hours-saved statement (hours saved per week and per month). The 2-hour guarantee: if the team is not saving at least 2 hours per person per week by Day 30, WeSpark keeps working for free until it is, provided at least 80% of the team completes the weekly check-ins. On site: + $2,500 for the first day and + $750 per extra day, per trainer, travel included; one trainer runs one group of up to 20 per day (80 people = 4 days with one trainer, or 2 days with two).
